How to Eliminate 99% of Your Competition in Internet Marketing

by admin on Mar.25, 2010, under Offline Marketing

For  years I was fighting to rank for popular keywords.  It was fun and all, but it was also a lot of hard work.  I was competing against the WHOLE WORLD.  As you know, there are quite a few people out there all competiting for the same keywords.

All of a sudden one day it dawned on me, what if I were to focus on gaining rankings for local keyword searches.  Think about that for a second, instead of trying to rank for:

pizza restaurant (which would be pretty much impossible to rank for by the way)

What if I went after “my town pizza restaurant”?

All of a sudden, my competition just got A LOT smaller.

Well here’s the deal, there are local businesses in your town right now that would love to have someone come in and get them ranking for local search terms.

I know what you are thinking, “people in my town aren’t searching for those kinds of things”, well you are WRONG!  Just about everyone is using the internet these days, in fact it is taking the place of the phone books.

There is a HUGE demand right now for these types of services, and I’m going to show you how to get out there and claim a piece of it.

In my next post, I will show you how to use my keyword tool to perform local keyword research, and how you can take this information and use it to wow your local businesses, and get them to hire you.

I currently make a living from this, and frankly there are not a lot of people out there doing this.  Businesses need this badly.  I look forward to sharing it with you.

Have a great day,

Matt

    Matt,

Great information. I have a question about offline marketing. I am very interested in your upcoming course. Question is the pizza search.

If the (”my town” keyword) is searched a lot do you just add the keyword to the local business original web site in the Title, meta tags, first paragraph etc. or change the web site to be http://www.mytownpizza.com ?

When will your course be ready?
